The objective of our basketball camp is to help each camper develop his basketball abilities through individual instruction and team
competition. Our camp will stress the importance of sound fundamentals, smart decision-making, and hard work, while having fun
along the way!
Specifically, the Paul Hewitt Boys Basketball Camp will feature:
* Speakers such as Head Coach Paul Hewitt
and former GT Players
* Team, League and Individual Competitions
* Individual and Team Awards
* Campers grouped by age, height, and ability
levels
* Excellent camper-to-coach ratio
* Each camper will receive a Nike Camp T-Shirt and Camp Basketball
* Licensed collegiate trainers
on duty at all times
* Please Note: Coach Hewitt has been selected as a coach for the
USA Basketball National Team this summer.
As a result, he will NOT
be in attendance at Day Camp II, Elite Camp, and the beginning of
Overnight Camp. The rest of
our coaching staff will be at all of our camps.
The following camps are being offered this summer:
TEAM CAMP - June 4-6
Cost:
$550 per team
Our Team Camp is designed for High School teams only. All teams will play a minimum of 7 games and
all games will be officiated by licenced Georgia High School officials. We are only accepting registrations offline for this
camp. Please call the men's basketball office at (404) 894-5425 to secure a spot.
DAY CAMP #1 - June
7-10 CLOSED
Cost: $275
The Day Camps are designed for boys ages 8-16 and will emphasize
the development of fundamental skills through group instruction and game play. Camp will run from 9:00am to 4:00pm each day.
Check-in will run from 8:00am-9:00am on June 7. We ask that all campers be picked up no later than 4:30pm. Registration
deadline is June 1. Camps are subject to close prior to application deadline.
DAY CAMP #2 - June 14-17
CLOSED
Cost: Day - $275
The Day Camps are designed for boys ages 8-16 and will emphasize the development of fundamental skills
through group instruction and game play. Camp will run from 9:00am to 4:00pm each day. Check-in will run from 8:00am-9:00am
on June 14. We ask that all campers be picked up no later than 4:30pm.
ELITE CAMP - June 25-26 CLOSED
Cost: $75
Our Elite Camp offers a high level of training and is designed to enhance the skills of advanced players entering grades
9-12. The athletes will be trained by our staff with collegiate level drills and technical feedback. There are limited
spaces available and it is very ideal for the experienced basketball player striving to be the best. Camp will run from
9:00am-6:00pm on Friday, June 25 and 9:00am-2:00pm on Saturday, June 26. Check-in runs from 8:00am-9:00am on June 25.
Lunch is included in the price of camp. Camps are subject to close. Need a hotel:

Cost: Overnight - $475, Day - $375
Our Overnight Camp is designed for boys ages 10-18. Campers
will be housed in the Georgia Tech dorms and will be supervised 24 hours/day. Meals are included in the price of camp with the
first meal being dinner on June 28. Check-in will run from 1:30pm-3:00pm on June 28. Camp ends at 4:00pm on July 1.
Commuting campers should be picked up at 9:00pm on June 28, 29, & 30 and dropped off at 9:00am on June 29, 30, & July 1.
Registration deadline is June 24. Camps are subject to close prior to application deadline.
LUNCH BUNCH
All campers
attending Day Camp #1 or #2 are required to bring their own lunch each day or, for $30, campers can purchase lunch through our Lunch
Bunch meal plan:
Monday: Chick-fil-a sandwich, bag of chips, drink, and dessert
Tuesday: Two slices
of pizza (cheese or pepperoni), bag of chips, drink, and dessert
Wednesday: Subway sandwich (turkey or ham), bag
of chips, drink, and dessert
Thursday: Chick-fil-a sandwich, bag of chips, drink, and dessert
TECH
GEAR
For $65, campers can purchase our Tech Gear package, which includes a pair of GT navy dri-fit shorts, GT white dri-fit t-shirt,
GT back pack. This package represents a 20% savings off the original (a la carte) prices.
CAMP BANK
We
will have a concession area and gear store at camp. Our "camp bank" is available for campers to have access to spending
money without having to carry it with them. All money not spent during camp will be refunded at check-out. The average
amount that campers put into their camp bank is approximately $30.
